Order Handling Time

Processing Window: Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday).
Daily Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (AEST, Sydney time) will be handled the same business day. Orders placed later will be processed on the following business day.
Non-Processing Days: We do not process or ship orders during weekends or on national holidays.
